Tripoli WA is the local prefecture of an international non-profit organization that fosters and promotes non-professional rocketry.
Model and High Power Rocketry is a hobby enjoyed world-wide by many thousands of enthusiasts and is educational, safe and can stimulate the mind like no other pastime. It can be as simple or as advanced as you choose to make it.
Tripoli members are a varied bunch. We come from all walks of life and are of all age groups. We have construction workers, medical staff, programmers, truck drivers, and pretty much anything else you can think of. There are even a few rocket scientists among us! Regardless of where you come from and what you do, there's room in Tripoli for not only you, but your entire family.
If you are interested in rocketry, we encourage you to attend a launch to get a taste of what it's about.
Rocketry has an outstanding and proven track record, with established safety codes and guidelines to help protect all who choose to be involved... Oh yeah, and its fun too!
Facilities are be available onsite for TRA members wishing to attempt L1, L2 & L3 internationally accredited certifications, which are recognized in all Australian states and over 12 countries worldwide.
